WHEN CAN I MOVE IN?
If there is a space available that meets your storage needs, you can move in any day by renting online. Same-day rentals will need to wait for an email with your unit number.
HOW MUCH NOTICE NEEDS TO BE GIVEN BEFORE I MOVE OUT?
All contracts are month-to-month. While most places require a 30-day notice, we require a minimum of 14 days before you move out, by the 15th of the month you want to vacate. Please email your move-out notice to darkwatersrealestate@gmail.com. It needs to be in writing.
DO I NEED TO SIGN A LONG-TERM LEASE?
No, all units are rented on a month-to-month basis. Long Term Leases are available as well!
HOW DO I MAKE A PAYMENT?
You can mail a check or money order to P. O. Box 73 Cedar Grove, WI 53013, make a payment through our website, or call us at 920-499-7965.
We prefer all customers to set up Automatic payments when first setting up the renting a unit.
